Our vision was born out of the Great Commandment given in Mark 12:30-31 and the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19-20.
When asked which command was the most important, “Jesus answered, “The most important is Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second is, Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other command greater than these.” Mark 12:29–31 (CSB)
Then, before His ascension, Jesus commissions His followers with these words, "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you..." Matthew 28:19-20
